Le Golose Imperfezioni is a project developed by Biomadre It has its roots in the memory of a time when bread was made with sourdough and craft baking was ruled by the natural flow of the seasons.

It was a time when human beings and their wellness were at the center of the production ecosystem and daily life was filled by the warmth of dining tables where humble food and ancient grains were served.

These cherished memories of a faraway time have inspired the project Le Golose Imperfezioni, located in Como, the first cooking craft lab where our origins, the nature of food, and biodiversity are respected.
